NEW DELHI / MUMBAI, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 — Leading automotive powertrain and mobility components manufacturer Hero Motors Limited is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with a price band fixed at ₹79 to ₹84 per equity share.

The issue aggregates to ₹1,000 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹600 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹400 crore by the promoter group.
